Ranch Style Ribs
Ranch Style Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef short ribs, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, pepper to taste and 1/2 c. california burgundy wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place meat in large casserole or ovenproof dish.
In mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients, blending well.
Pour over meat, being careful to spoon on every piece of meat.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 1 hour, covered with foil.
Remove foil or cover and bake 30 minutes longer (making 1 1/2 hours total cooking time).
Serves 4.
