Ranch Style Chicken Casserole
Ranch Style Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, 4 tbsp. oleo, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Saute onion in oleo until golden brown. Add soups, tomatoes, green chilies and seasonings.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole with broken tortilla chips.
Add a layer of chicken, sliced eggs, sauce, cheese and tortillas.
Repeat layers and top with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Serves 10.
