Raisin Sauce
Raisin Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 c. raisins and 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in water.
Add raisins, lemon peel, lemon juice and vinegar.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir a couple of minutes more.
Serve with ham, pork or poultry.
