Sugar and cornstarch; combine with water, raisins and salt; cook until thickened.
Add butter, lemon juice and extract. Cool slightly and pour into pastry lined pie pan and top with pastry, latticed.
450Β° for 10 minutes, reduce continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes a 9-inch pie.
