Raisin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with two unbaked double pie crusts, 16 saltine crackers rolled into coarse crumbs, 2 c. sugar (scant), 2 c. water and 1 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour into pie crusts; top with crust.
Cut slits in top crusts.
