Combine sugar, cornstarch, water, raisins, grated peel and fruit juice.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Add nuts.
Pour into 9-inch lined pie pan.
Make lattice top cust; flute edge. Bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes, then in moderate oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
