Raisin Cake
Raisin Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. raisins and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In saucepan, cover raisins with water and boil about 10 minutes.
Take off stove and cool.
Cream together eggs, sugar and margarine.
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to wet ingredients and add raisins.
Mix together.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
