Raisin Bread Pudding
Raisin Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, scalded, 2 c. dry bread cubes, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/3 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour milk over bread and let stand until bread is soft.
Add eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, raisins and vanilla.
Mix. Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in a moderately slow oven (325Β°) for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until lightly browned and a silver knife, when inserted, comes out clean.
