Raisin Bread
Raisin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Stir in raisins.
In separate bowl, add eggs, milk and oleo.
Add to other mixture, stirring only until moistened.
Do not beat.
Pour into two 9 x 5 x 2-inch pans, greased.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Pour over top of mixture and swirl into mixture with knife.
Bake at 425Β° about 1 hour or until done.
