Ragu No-Boiling Lasagna
Ragu No-Boiling Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese, 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 2 eggs and 2 (2 lb.) jars ragu rich and meaty mean sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°. In bowl,
Combine Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs. In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, spread 1/2 of one jar of pasta sauce. Layer 4 uncooked noodles, then 1/2 jar of pasta sauce and 1/2 of the Ricotta cheese mixture; repeat. Top with remaining 4 uncooked noodles and rest of pasta sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil and sprinkle remaining cheeses. Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
