Ragu Italian Bake
Ragu Italian Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 large green pepper, 1 large onion, 1 medium pkg. pepperoni and 1 large pkg. grated mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Prepare noodles as directed; cut green pepper and onion in bite-size chunks into ground beef.
Cook, covered, until ground beef is brown.
(Slow cooking brings out flavor of pepper and onion.)
Heat Ragu in saucepan.
Combine all ingredients in 9 x 13-inch baking dish with sliced pepperoni; sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° until cheese is melted or bubbling.
Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
