Rachel'S Easy Tomato Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut in eighths, 1 large onion, diced, 2 tbsp. canola oil, 1 can campbell's tomato soup and 1/4 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Wash, dry and season chicken.
Saute onion in oil.
Add undiluted tomato soup.
Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
