Rabbit Salami
Rabbit Salami is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cottontail, 1/2 c. celery, 1 bay leaf, 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop celery and onion.
Put cleaned rabbit in baking pan with chopped vegetables and bay leaf.
Roast at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove rabbit and add butter and flour to drippings.
Cook until brown.
Add water, salt, olives and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir and replace meat.
Bake another 45 minutes at 350°.
Garnish with parsley.
