Quick Turkey Chowder
Quick Turkey Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cut up cooked turkey, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. margarine or butter and 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook celery and onion in margarine in large saucepan until tender.
Remove from heat; blend in flour.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly.
Slowly stir in broth and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in turkey, corn, potatoes, peas, pimento and pepper; heat through.
Garnish with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
