Quick Saucy Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey (leftover, frozen, canned or deli chicken can be used), 2 (10 3/4 oz. ) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 tsp. poultry seasoning and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 450Β°.
Mix chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning and garlic salt in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Stir baking mix and milk until blended.
Pour over chicken mixture.

Bake 30 to 32 minutes or until crust is light golden brown.
