Quick Pineapple Cake
Quick Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. coconut, shredded, 1 c. flour (self-rising), 1 c. sugar and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In 9-inch deep pan, melt buttermilk, flour, sugar, milk and vanilla.
Beat until blended.
Drain pineapple (save juice).
Pour flour mixture in butter.
Spread coconut, then spread pineapple. Do not stir.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until springs back when touched.
Pour pineapple juice over while hot.
Let cool; cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream.
