Quick Peanut Butter Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (betty crocker supermoist), 1/3 c. water, 1 c. peanut butter, 2 eggs and sugar (for top of cookies), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 350Β°. Beat half of cake mix, water, peanut butter and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer.
Stir in remaining cake mix.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
