Combine first 3 ingredients; shape into 3/4-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets; bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Take out; immediately press chocolate kiss in center of each cookie; remove to wire racks to cool.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
