Quick Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 manicotti shells, 1 lb. hamburger, 1 clove garlic, 1 c. cottage cheese and 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook shells; rinse in cold water.
Drain and set aside.
Saute beef and garlic; drain grease.
Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise; stir well.
