Quick Fudge Frosting
Quick Fudge Frosting is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. (4 c.) powdered sugar, 1/2 c. cocoa, 1/4 tsp. salt, 7 tbsp. boiling water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl of mixer, stir together sugar, cocoa and salt. Add boiling water, vanilla and soft butter.
Stir together, then beat until smooth and light.
This frosting will seem thin at first but thickens while beating.
Makes about 3 cups.
Can be stored, covered in refrigerator.
When wanted, let soften at room temperature before spreading.
