Quick Cranberry Salad
Quick Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) strawberry jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce and 1/2 c. cold liquid (reserved pineapple juice with water to make 1/2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Drain pineapple, reserving juices.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
While still warm, stir in cranberry sauce and mix until melted.
Stir in 1/2 cup cold liquid, lemon juice and pineapple and nuts.
Pour in 1 1/2-quart mold and chill until set.
