Quick Cranberry Salad
Quick Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) strawberry jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce and 1/2 c. cold liquid (reserved pineapple juice with water to make 1/2 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple, reserving juices.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
While still warm, stir in cranberry sauce and mix until melted.
Stir in 1/2 cup cold liquid, lemon juice and pineapple and nuts.
Pour in 1 1/2-quart mold and chill until set.
