Sift together flour and sugar in a large bowl and set aside. Put margarine, water and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour, then add eggs, buttermilk, cinnamon, soda and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
