Quiche Vickay
Quiche Vickay is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell, 1/2 c. bacon bits and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In medium mixing bowl, combine Cheddar and Swiss; sprinkle half of mixture into pie shell.
Sprinkle in bacon bits, then cover with remaining cheese mixture.
In small mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, onion powder and black pepper; beat thoroughly.
Pour over cheese; sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes until firm and toothpick (when inserted) comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes, then cut into pie shaped slices.
