Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs (1 saltine pack), 1/4 c. melted butter, 1 1/2 c. milk, 3 eggs and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix crumbs and melted butter together.
Press into 10-inch pie plate.
Bake into preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Reduce to 325°.
Combine milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and cheeses.
Mix well.
Set aside.
Cut up bacon and fry with onion until brown.
Drain.
Spread bacon and onion in baked crust.
Pour in egg mixture.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Make sure it is set in center.
Cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
