Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1 (16 oz.) can del monte pumpkin, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/4 tsp. cloves and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine eggs and pumpkin.
Blend in sugar, spice or spices, flour and salt.
Mix well.
Add milk.
Mix well.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes one pie (8 servings).
