Pumpkin Pie

Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
Stir in pumpkin, both sugars, all spices and evaporated milk.
Mix well.
Pour into prepared pie shell.
Bake in hot 425° oven for 15 minutes.
Lower oven temperature to 350°.
Continue baking for about 25 minutes or until custard is almost set but still soft in center.
Do not overbake.
