Have prepared 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
Mix sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and pie spice together with a fork.
Add eggs, beating well, then add milk.
Mix, then add pumpkin.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and continue baking until a knife blade inserted in the center of pie filling comes out clean.
Cool before cutting.
