Pumpkin Cookies
Pumpkin Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 c. oats, 2 tsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine flour, oats, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Set aside.
Cream butter; gradually add sugars, beating well until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla.
Mix well. Alternate additions of dry ingredients and pumpkin.
Mix well after each addition.
Stir in chips.
For each cookie, drop 1/4 cup of dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Spread into pumpkin shape.
Add dough to form stem.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes about 32 large cookies.
