Pumpkin Cheese Bread
Pumpkin Cheese Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, 1/2 c. margarine, 4 eggs and 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Mix sugar, cream cheese and margarine until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in pumpkin.
Add combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake for 1 hour, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes; remove from pans.
Glaze with combined powdered sugar and milk.
Garnish with pecan halves or red maraschino halves, if desired.
