Pumpkin Cake
Pumpkin Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, 1 c. vegetable oil, 4 eggs, beaten and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Combine dry ingredients except for coconut and nuts.
Add to sugar mix in 3rds, mixing well.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Bake in 350Β° oven in 3 floured 8-inch pans (square or round) or in large tube or Bundt pan.
Eight-inch takes 25 to 30 minutes.
Takes a little longer for tube or Bundt.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cool 10 minutes in pan and then cool completely before icing.
