In a very large bowl, blend sugar, eggs and oil thoroughly. Slowly add the remaining ingredients, mixing very well.

Grease and flour a tube pan.

A large coffee can also can be used, if you would like to mail this bread as a gift.

Pour the mixture into the tube pan or coffee can and bake at 350Β° for about an hour. Test if done with a toothpick in the middle.

Toothpick should come out clean but do not overcook.

Bread is very moist and delicious!
