Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 c. (1 lb. can) pumpkin, 4 eggs, beaten and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Combine sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs.
Beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture, alternating with water.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Cool in pans 10 minutes, then turn out.
May add nuts and raisins to recipe.
