Cream sugar and oil together; add eggs and pumpkin, mixing well. Mix together dry ingredients and add alternately with water to pumpkin mixture. Pour into two well greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Let stand for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool.
