Pumpkin Bread
Pumpkin Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 c. oil, 2 c. canned pumpkin (one 16 oz. can) and 3 1/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix eggs and sugar well.
Add remaining ingredients (except nuts and cherries).
Blend thoroughly for 2 minutes with mixer or in processor or beat with spoon.
Add nuts and cherries to mixture, blending with spoon.
Bake in greased and floured three 1 pound loaf pans or large Bundt pan.
May be served with whipped cream cheese or whipped cottage cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Cake is done when it springs back from touch or test with toothpick.
