Pumpkin-Banana Nut Bread

Combine pumpkin, banana, sugar and oil; mix well.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, salt and nuts.
Beat well.
Pour into 2 greased 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Bake in 450Β° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes in pans.
Remove and cool completely before slicing.
