Pull-Apart Bacon Bread
Pull-Apart Bacon Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 12 bacon strips, diced, 1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed, 2 t. olive oil or vegetable oil, divided, 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes or until partially cooked.
Drain on paper towels.
Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Brush with 1 tablespoon oil.
Cut into 1-inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
Add the bacon, cheese, dressing mix and remaining oil.
Arrange pieces in a 5 x 9-inch oval on a greased baking sheet, layering as needed.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Cover with foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
