Puffcorn Snack
Puffcorn Snack is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole bag puffed corn snack, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. corn syrup, 1 stick butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large pan, mix brown sugar, corn syrup and butter.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda.
Pour over the snack food and mix well.
Spread on lightly buttered sheet cake pan.
Spread well; place in 275Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Stir once while baking.
Spoon out on waxed paper to cool.
When cool, break apart.
Store in airtight container.
Nuts or coconut may be added before being stored.
