Preheat oven to 425Β°. Beat eggs slightly.
Mix in milk, then flour and nutmeg.
Leave batter slightly lumpy.
Melt butter in large skillet with ovenproof handle.
Pour batter in skillet.

Sprinkle with lemon juice and then sifted confectioner's sugar.
Pancake will puff while baking and fall when removed from oven.
