Pudim
Pudim is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten, 1 can condensed milk, 1 can fresh milk (use same can to measure) and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Melt 1/2 cup of sugar in a tube pan directly over heat.
Turn to coat all sides of the pan.
Mix well all of the ingredients.
A blender is handy for this step.
Pour into the tube pan.
Place in a pan with about 1-inch of water.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Remove from the oven and leave the tube pan in the pan of water until it cools.
Remove from the pan and refrigerate before serving.
