Prize Winning Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. ketchup, 1 egg or egg white, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 3/4 c. quaker oaks, uncooked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine all ingredients except ground beef; mix well.
Add ground beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Drain.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
