Prize Peach Cobbler
Prize Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, less than 1/8 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. sugar and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder; mix with 1 cup sugar. Slowly stir in milk to make batter.
Melt butter in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Pour batter over melted butter; do not stir!
Mix the peaches and 1 cup sugar thoroughly and carefully spoon them over the batter.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serve hot or cold with ice cream if desired.
