Prize Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. tomato juice, 3/4 c. quaker oats (quick), 1 egg, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Combine all ingredients except ground beef; mix well.
Add ground beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour, drain and let stand 5 minutes.
