Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks oleo, softened, 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crisco oil, 6 eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream oleo and sugar together until light.
Add oil a little at a time, beating continuously.
Add eggs, one at a time as you continue beating.
Mix salt and flour together, then add alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla last.
Bake in greased tube pan at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours or 1 hour for 2 loaf pans.
Cool on rack before turning out of pan.
