Pound Cake
Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 stick oleo or butter, 1 c. crisco, 6 large eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar, oleo and Crisco until well blended and creamy. Beat in 1 egg at a time.
Mix well after each egg.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt alternately with milk.
Add vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes (do not open oven door for 1 hour).
Remove from pan when done.
Cool on wire rack.
