Poulet A Deux is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 halves boned chicken breasts, salt and pepper, 1 lb. (approximately) pre-cooked ham, sliced thin, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese and 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Pound chicken breasts to flatten.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with slices of ham.
Place 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese in center of each.
Roll and secure with toothpicks. Arrange in baking dish.
Combine tomato sauce, sugar, salt, Tabasco and garlic powder; pour over chicken.
Cover and bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove toothpicks.
Place slice of Mozzarella cheese over each roll.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
