Potluck Potatoes
Potluck Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 medium red potatoes, about 2 lb., 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos, drained, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/8 tsp. onion salt and 1 lb. process american cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place unpeeled potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water.
Cook just until tender, but firm.
Drain and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Place in an ungreased 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Add pimientos, onion, garlic and onion salt; toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese.
Place bread cubes on top and pour melted margarine over all.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
