Crumble bacon and set aside.
Slice potatoes into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Add onion and water.
Cover with lid and microwave on High 12 to 14 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to potatoes; mix lightly to combine.
Sprinkle bacon over top.
Microwave on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to heat through.
