Potatoes Romanoff
Potatoes Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 2 c. sour cream, 1 bunch green onions, 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded and divided and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook potatoes in jackets until tender.
Peel and shred into large bowl.
Stir in sour cream, 1 cup cheese, salt, pepper and onions.
Place in casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheese and paprika.
(May be refrigerated at this point.)
Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
This is a good dish to prepare "day before."
