Potatoes Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 potatoes, 1 small carton sour cream, 1 carton frozen chives, defrosted, 1 c. sharp cheese, grated and lemon pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil potatoes until done and don't use them until they are cool (may cook them the day before).
Dice the potatoes and sprinkle heavily with lemon pepper; add other ingredients.
Put in a casserole dish and cook about 30 minutes at 300Β°.
Then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cook a few more minutes.
(Use 1 medium potato per person.)
